I had decided to take a year off from social media in 2024. I was a little worn down by it all and various business commitments were making it more and more difficult to keep posting.
The idea was to pick up my online existence again in 2025. However, we moved to London where I was diagnosed with metastatised prostate cancer. The NHS were brilliant, and have managed to rein in the disease (no cure is available).
So, another year slipped by, and it’s now the Year of the Gold Horse. And time to pick up my online presence.
